Close to everything!
Lovely home, far better then getting hotel rooms. Bedding and towels were high quality. Too cold in February to use Foosball table or park but house was toasty warm. Only complaint was you take a quick shower or suffer a cold water ending. Everything else was very good. Would book again.

Perfect location
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house. The location was perfect and allowed us to take some nice walks with the dog. We were close to shopping, as well. We were pleasantly surprised to find the house nicely decorated for Christmas, as we were in Beavercreek to celebrate the holidays with our son and his wife.

Great house and location.
This was a great size(we had 4 adults and 2 kids) and location for us and our vacation. The kids loved the play ground. The house was clean and exactly as described.The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Lots of places to eat and things to fo very close.

Quiet Neighborhood Stay
The house was clean and well-appointed with like new appliances. Bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. Even the kids had nothing to complain about. I would stay there again and recommend it to others looking for a quiet place to stay.

Wonderful vacation
The house was very welcoming, clean and in great shape. It was perfect for the three of us. It was nice to sit on the patio, take walks and jogging in the neighborhood. The people in the neighborhood were very friendly. The house was very close to grocery stores, gas stations and the freeways. We felt like we were at home. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfectly comfy & well-equipped family retreat
We recently stayed with our two kids and dog, and can highly recommend the house. It was thoughtfully designed and supplied, with just about everything you need for a stay. The kids loved the bunk beds and couldn't ask for more with a well-equipped playground next door. The home was very clean, had a recently renovated, modern design, and welcoming decor, and had a lot of thoughtful touches. It had all the appliances you could ask for, including a lovely patio and grill, and some nice perks like a foosball table in the garage. The kitchen table had leaves and extra chairs to accommodate a larger crowd if needed, and similarly thoughtful things were supplied throughout the home. Our pup was welcomed with a dog bed and bowls which made bringing him even easier. The communication of policies and checking in was straight forward, and Lulu responded quickly to our texts to help us resolve any questions we had. If I were to recommend one small addition to the host, it would be to add a folding luggage rack or two to the home, but beyond that we had everything we needed, and it made for an easy, comfortable, and happy stay!

Comfortable Home
House was in a quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and comfortable. Great location, minutes from shopping district with lots of restaurants. Also close to Air Force museum, Wright/Patt, and Wright State. Park next door has a great playground.

Perfect spot!
Property is clean and updated, the beds are comfy, bathrooms and kitchen well stocked, and the yard and park were perfect for our little dog. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Pristine Place, Great Location
This little place was spotless, lovely with homey touches like live plants and super soft toilet paper, blow dryers and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the beautiful showers, and comfortable mattresses. It was right next to the playground, like right there! If the weather had cooperated, the kids would have been in heaven. As it was, it was conveniently located with a ten minute drive to the Wright Patterson Air Force Museum which was the purpose of our trip. We had a great time, and in the evenings watched shows on the huge television. Fun!
