“Property needs a rehab. Dirty windows (side without Juliet balcony ) Sweet staff, easily overwhelmed during busy times, despite their efforts. Housekeeping staff works hard, but they have to many rooms, which their ability to pay attention to detail. Bar and waitstaff were very sweet. All well intended. Valet staff don’t open doors for you, at 30 dollars a day, plus considerable tipping, which adds up quickly. Also overwhelmed at busy times. Reasonably priced, and across from the beach. No food...
