Das Personal ist absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit und bieten sogar an, jemanden Nachts zu wecken um die Polarlichter zu sehen, wenn das gewünscht wird. Die Lage der Lodge etwas außerhalb von Fairbanks und auf dem Berg ist hervorragend und selbst wenn man in Fairbanks nichts sieht, ist der Blick von der Lodge auf die Polarlichter, wenn sie da sind, spitze! “Everything was top notch service & the room was clean and well furnished. The thing that stood out was that after our stay we noticed that a pair of eye glasses were forgotten in a drawer. I call and spoke with Mary at the front desk. She then contacted housekeeping and made sure the glasses went to lost and found.So yes VERY VERY happy with the service!!!!! Thank You”

“This place is a very charming and quiet escape that you almost wouldn't believe could be found in the middle of a city. Maria and her husband are gracious hosts. Breakfast was a rotation of hot, homemade, perfectly prepared Alaskan classics with gorgeous presentation. The rooms were spotless, large, and incredibly comfortable. Absolutely would come back for our next stay.”
