“Beautiful resort and very friendly and caring staff! We’ve received a complementary room upgrade. Thank you!!!! The Cleaning staff was wonderful and the hotel manager Bassie rocks! The restaurants are just ok… with the exception of Sakura. Ask for Megan! She is so happy, friendly, and very informative. You will learn a lot about the local life realities and she will suggest the best dishes. We shall return …. In the summer :) ”

“Die Unterkunft ist ein perfekter Ort um die Polarlichter zu sehen. Das Personal ist absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit und bieten sogar an, jemanden Nachts zu wecken um die Polarlichter zu sehen, wenn das gewünscht wird. Die Lage der Lodge etwas außerhalb von Fairbanks und auf dem Berg ist hervorragend und selbst wenn man in Fairbanks nichts sieht, ist der Blick von der Lodge auf die Polarlichter, wenn sie da sind, spitze! “Everything was in working order, clean and as advertised. ”

“Twice I reported the secure lock was broken. Unfortunately the room didn't get cleaned once and we had to switch out the towels, garbage and get toilet paper. The service didn't come until late afternoon for two days, when we needed to be in the room. I love staying at this hotel, this is hopefully some valuable input for you. Thank you. ”
