“Everything was perfect”

“The hotel was nice and well kept. Rooms were older and needed upgrading but very clean. Only one pool and they needed a better way to service their guests at poolside other than vending machines. Limited parking especially if you're in buildings 6, 7 or 8. Need to make parking for guest in those buildings more convenient.”

“I enjoyed my stay, very clean, well maintained. Rooms were big and spacious, the square footage was more than enough for 2 of us to spread out comfortably. The sunrise pool is open 24 hours, and the sunset pool till 10pm. Which was a plus after traveling all day to the canyons, because the pools are beautiful and we wanted to enjoy them before we left. “Property was beautiful and staff was great. My issue was that I am a light sleeper and about every 10-15 minutes the ceiling kept cracking (settling cracks), sometimes about 5 cracks at a time and loud. I did not sleep at all. Other than that property was very nice.”

I had requested 2 beds and she stated she only had a king room. We agreed and went to the room to find the grounds run down, unkept and not inviting.
