“Everything was perfect”

“We loved the convenience of swapping out our towels each day, and the location of the pool was conveniently located to our room. We were surprised to find that it was quite a hike from our parking spot to our room in building 7, but eventually got used to it. Beautiful resort!”

“The staff go beyond nice and always helpful. I loved the location, so close to all the fun activities. Pool area was beautiful well maintained. Difficult for me to get to, way to many steps up for me. My 9nly complaints would be the Television was very old and needed updating g for streamung, and my Verizon service had very few bars. Our room in general needed some updating, I know they are working at that, so give them some grace. Again I would give the staff mire stars if I could”

“No breakfast was offered, the resort charged extra for just using the pool etc. The golf course also added an extra charge for using the course as well; so, we ended up having to pay twice in resort fees. It was not worth the cost, and we would not recommend staying there. Gainey Ranch was much nicer and cost less.”

“Was greeted by a woman having a bad day, she couldn’t find my registration and said she had to enter it and only had an upstairs room available. I had requested 2 beds and she stated she only had a king room. We agreed and went to the room to find the grounds run down, unkept and not inviting. In the room there was no coffee packets so I asked the front desk for some and she stated she would send someone to the room, never came so I called the after hour number and he stated housekeeping was...
