“Everything was perfect”

“We were in town for the long weekend. We checked in around 10pm with no issues. They gave us a map, guide and gave us all the info we needed. Free parking was available with 1 parking permit per room. Even if you weren't able to park near your hotel room, they had golf carts available 24/7. The room was clean and we were told ahead of time that no housekeeping was available during our stay but to contact guest services if there was something we needed. That wasn't a problem even staying there...

“Pros: great to have separate bedroom. Nice foyer area to leave desert shoes from hiking. There’s a pool but never made it there. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. Kitchen had enough for our stay. Quiet and out of the hubbub. There are shopping centers nearby so you don’t have to go all the way to the Y to get food. 6 min drive to bell rock which was great. Cons: didn’t realize we’d be getting pressure to attend a time share presentation upon check in. Having driven 2 hours from phoenix,...

“Fun at the pool and casino!”

“Pool areas had low water, broken lounge chairs and over flowing garbage and towel cans. Obvious that there are issues with staffing for housekeeping and pool maintenance. Lounge chairs have been clean d in a while and my feet were dirty after 20 minutes walking on the floors in the suite.”

“Beautiful location but not too much nearby. I was hoping for more of a resort feel. They do have a pool and hot tub but it really did not ‘feel like’ a resort.”

“Was greeted by a woman having a bad day, she couldn’t find my registration and said she had to enter it and only had an upstairs room available. I had requested 2 beds and she stated she only had a king room. We agreed and went to the room to find the grounds run down, unkept and not inviting. In the room there was no coffee packets so I asked the front desk for some and she stated she would send someone to the room, never came so I called the after hour number and he stated housekeeping was...
