“Great ski in ski out location for Niseko Grand Hirafu. So convenient. Easy bus from Sapporo to the hirafu visitor center about a 5 minute walk away also. We loved the private onsen in our room. That turned out to be a highlight. Comfortable beds, clean room. The outside of the hotel looks a little rough. Needs a paint job but everything else was perfect!”

“Everything was perfect especially the crews. They were always ready to offer their help. The breakfast was a set instead of a buffet but the variety was wide enough and it covered almost everything. No complaints. The only thing they can improve was the differences between the breakfast on the 1st and 2nd day. The breakfast was a bit cold on the 2nd day. Also, we were brought to another room for breakfast because the main room was full and the room was a bit stuffy. The staff seemed not too...
