“Loved the location, modern design and beautiful view from the elevated pool terrace. Standard room was nicely decorated, neat and functional but it was very very tiny with no space to move by the bed and no space for a chair and the patio was internal with no view. This was a bit disappointing for the money. Suites looked wonderful though if your budget can stretch to that.”

“Stayed here for a wedding. Our room had an enclosed patio but it opened into a corner during a large street celebration which was quite loud. I would have preferred almost any other room in the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and called me when I had left a few things behind. ”

“Schöne Unterkunft, leckeres Frühstück und freundliches Personal. Auto kann kostenfrei im Innenhof hinter einem Tor geparkt werden. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich der Strand. Nicht weit entfernt gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.”

“Struttura carina, belli i comodini e le lampade fatte con materiali di recupero, il bagno non aveva una porta che lo separasse dalla camera. Il wifi all'interno della camera non funzionava ed era necessario uscire fuori per avere la connessione. La posizione è molto comoda per il Parco Nazionale di Tsitsikamma che si raggiunge in 15 minuti in auto. Consigliato anche il pub/ristorante della struttura sia per il menù che per la comodità di una cena senza doversi spostare in auto.”

However, this positive experience took a sharp turn when we returned to find our room door wide open, with all our valuables—electronics, passports, clothing—exposed to anyone who walked by. Given that our room was less than 10 feet from an occupied room and only 50 feet from a restaurant open to the public, this situation was both unsettling and unacceptable.
