“Comfortable one-night stay. The room was well furnished and in decent condition, though the AC was a bit tricky. Bathroom was very modern. The hotel has a nice decor,but some areas are showing signs of age. The pool area is nice and large, but could have been a but cleaner and needs new or more modern loungers and seating options. “Really enjoyed our stay here. It was such a characterful hotel and our room was gorgeous with beautiful views over the Chobe river from the balcony. The game drives and river cruise were really good and a reasonable price. I would say, the service was very up and down, sometimes outstanding, at other times quite cold and disorganised. The same is true of the game drives, one was incredible, the other was quite mediocre. Food too, sometimes was exceptional (like the BBQ at the poolside bar), at...

“All'arrivo mi danno una camera con 1 letto da 140 cm e avevo chiesto 2 letti singoli!!! poi finalmente cambiano con quella giusta, confortevole e pulita! ottima doccia con abbondante acqua calda; zona ristorante piuttosto squallida con poca atmosfera e poca luce però si mangia bene; a colazione volevano il pagamento anche se era compreso nella tariffa già pagata! reception essenziale.”

“Lovely place, with beautiful reception area, you see that it has been grand. However you also see that the hotel overall is old and in need of renovation. the pool needed cleaning (but that was general for all our stays in Botswana) and the bar at the pool was closed in the afternoon!! They was 2 girls but the answer was closed!! Luckily a young man came by and he accommodated us (we saw that he walked to the other bar to get our orders) We had a massage all 3 and it was really good.”

“I absolutely loved the staff at this hotel. My AC wasn’t working in my first room on arrival, but they changed my room and gave me an upgraded room/suite. Things may not always go right, but they corrected it immediately. I look out for these little things. Thanks to the entire team here. ”
