“a lot of "mistunderstanding": i wanted the airport pcik up and i wrote it in the Special request of Hotels.com. NOBODY answered. So i called them and they connected me with the pick up service. Here the trouble starts: the pick up asked me to be paid in Bolivares, but as i didn't have i said i go to the reception and i change my €. But the guy told me: "no you have to pay me now and you can give me 20€". then i discovered that: 1) the price of the pick up was lower than 20€ the receptioninsts...
