“Enjoyable family friendly resort for our ski trip. Great convenience to the mountain. Only area that drives me crazy is the lack of front desk and staff. Please move the check/in out of your shop and hire a couple employees to assist.”

“It was very crowded this time. There were adjacent rooms to ours with a group of teens. They were running up and down the hallways. Then I brought my 7 yr old Granddaughter to the pool and they were there screaming and taking up the whole pool She was scared to go in We waited till they left. ”

“Miscommunication between hotels.com and the hotel they didn’t know I had added on a day but the issue was solved quickly. The room was very clean except the couch had some suspicious looking stains on it. Some of the breakfast items were great others awful”
