“Cozy; friendly and helpful staff; quiet even though there is a busy road nearby; unique experience ‐ this is an inn with nooks and crannies filled with historical memorabilia as well as artwork available for sale made by local artists. Breakfast was simple yet delicious; plenty of amenities made this a pleasant and comfortable stay. We will go back again!”

“Nice place in a good location for us. We stayed over New Years Eve, and it was very cozy even though it was cold out. Big enough for family to stop by for the evening and spend some time. Quick drive to Letchworth to hike. Instant hot water heater is nice for showering. Electric blankets on the bed we loved also. Kitchen is a bit under stocked, but we ordered pizza and wings from Daryl's. Decor of Barn wood with early industrial fixtures fits the cottage well, the modern art is an...

“Motel con check-in tramite mail. Assicuratevi di avere un telefono funzionante perchè in caso di problemi dovete telefonare al gestore. Noi abbiamo dovuto chiedere aiuto ad altri ospiti per contattarlo in quanto dalle istruzioni ricevute non siamo riusciti ad entrare in camera. Detto questo il gestore è arrivato in pochi minuti e ci ha fatto accedere alla camera. ”

“This farm-style decorated cottage was wonderful! It was clean and cozy with a full kitchen. It was fun watching the antics of the roaming goats and chickens on the farm. The owners even put fresh eggs in your fridge! Wonderful experience!”

“Brandon and Bethany were more than amazing to my group! We were blown away by the personalized touches that highlighted our groups trip to the area. Communication was fantastic with the host making sure our needs were met. This was a perfect place to unplug with friends for the night with board games galore and a quaint place to stay. “Property was represented well. We stayed one night came late, left early. The stay was what I expected. The only thing I would say, which is why I didn’t give 5 stars, the lack of microwave, television or coach. The lack of coach and television made it a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise it was okay. ”

“The Gate House served as a perfect place for our daughter and her bridal party to get ready for her wedding. There was plenty of room for the six bridesmaids to work with the hair stylists, makeup artist and photographer. The Groom and his crew had fun in the basement game area until the photographer was ready for pictures down by the pond. The kitchen was very well equipped and easy to create breakfast for a large crew. ”

“My wife and I loved our time in this hidden gem. The garden, feilds, and pool were an amazing oasis. The host was responsive and accomodating. The inside is so cozy, and the beds are amazing comfortable. Plus the location near Rochester gave us access to friends as well as things we wanted to do. Food options are minimal, and the kitchenette doesn't have plates or cups, but as long as you bring the food you want you're all set to go!”
