“We love coming to the Island Resort. It was our 3rd time coming and staying there. It waa our first time staying in a junior suite. We were excited to stay on the dune view junior suite, but when we arrived to the room everything was great except the lock on the dune view patio door lock was broken. We called the front desk and they sent maintenance to come check it. The maintenance tech was very nice and professional. He said he could not fix the lock at that time but got it approved to get...

Beach wasn’t the best or safest—people were fishing right where people were swimming and my daughter got tangled in fishing line. I reported it to staff but they said fishing was allowed and there was nothing they could do. That’s my only complaint, though. ”
