“Affordable, clean, updated, and they had a waffle maker in the continental breakfast! We got in late due to traffic and weather- about 10:30 at night, and they were there and understanding. Only small downsides- we only had 3 sets of towels for a family of 4- and the heating system was confusing. But overall, we were very comfortable there, stayed warm, had full bellies the next day, and will stay again. ”

“I checked in at 6pm on Aug 20th, the hotel office building was dark with a “closed” sign hanging in the front. I then called the office and surprisingly I could neither talk to anyone nor leave a voicemail because the mail box was full. It was upsetting that this hotel completely disregarded their customers in such an unprofessional manner. I was left high and dry and had to rearrange my hotel booking in the evening.
