“I checked in at 6pm on Aug 20th, the hotel office building was dark with a “closed” sign hanging in the front. I then called the office and surprisingly I could neither talk to anyone nor leave a voicemail because the mail box was full. It was upsetting that this hotel completely disregarded their customers in such an unprofessional manner. I was left high and dry and had to rearrange my hotel booking in the evening. “We had a wonderful time staying along the beautiful Kennebec River. Chris was very punctual with his thoughtful responses to my questions before and during our stay. If you're thinking about visiting in the winter, my only recommendation would be to come with good winter tires or AWD/4WD. The drive is fairly steep and although very well maintained by the plowing contractor, it is tricky when covered in 6". Gorgeous area, we will be back!”

“Our host was AMAZING from start to finish. Folks you cannot beat the location and quality For the price. This house was absolutely perfect for my wife and 2 grandsons and I. We had a 2 bedroom full kitchen quiet neighborhood. Close to everything for an amazing price.Well worth the money will go back. Ty Sir:)”

“It was a nice place, but dirty lots of cobwebs bathroom sink wouldn’t drain dryer was full of towels and sheets. It could be a nice place if this management company would keep up with repairs and cleanliness.”

“Great little place with a great view of Moosehead Lake and Mt Kineo! Super clean and just right for my husband and me for three nights. Good spot for going out and exploring (drove Golden Road and scenic byway near Mt Katahdin, hiked Mt Kineo, watched moose near Greenville). Ate dinner at nearby Rockwood Bar & Grill. Excellent!”
