"Struttura di alto livello, pulita, confortevole. Vicina ma non vicinissima alle Torri Petronas, comunque raggiungibili in 10 minuti a piedi. Colazione superba. Consiglio le camere executive che danno accesso alla lounge con cibo e aperitivi compresi."

"This hotel is quite old and rooms need renovation. In the room there is a smell of humidity and old furniture, the AC doesn't work well and sometimes switches off by itself. There is a huge queue for the breakfast that requires you to wait up to 20 minutes... The breakfast room service is organised badly, there are no enough seats, the most food options are Asian and there is no big choice of the European food, the choice of fruits is limited with low quality products. In general, this hotel doesn't worth the price and I don't recommend it. Btw, there is a very long queue at the check-in and the hotel requires to pay the deposit of 80 USD per night that is very high. I haven't yet received my deposit back to my debit card... In overall, I don't recommend this hotel and I was very disappointed by Mandarin because my expectations from this chain were completely different."

"Best hotel we have ever stayed at in Malaysia. Everything was perfect and the hotel’s facilities were impeccable. Both pools had incredible view. Cleaning was everyday and they always provided toiletries, coffee, tea and water. Security downstairs was amazing, they were very nice and amicable and would always open the doors for us. The hotel is so close to the centre and our room had a view of the Petronas tower, it was simply stunning. If we ever come back to KL, star suites klcc will definitely be our first choice. I thank the staff for everything and for making our holiday so special."

"Ottima posizione "

"Devo precisare che ho viaggiato con bambini piccoli, dai 7 agli 11 anni, l'albero si trova in un'ottima posizione, vicino alla metro e al trenino che lo collega all'aereoporto. Colazione straordinaria, perfetta per chi vuole assaggiare le varie pietanze locali, dall'oden giapponese ai vari piatti indiani, koreani e cinesi... frutti tropicali di ogni tipo e non manca il buffet dei dolci, scusate se ho dimenticato qualcosa talmente tante erano le cose da assaggiare. Sui servizi offerti non so puo dire nulla se non che sono stati perfetti e per chi viaggia con i bambini fondamentale è stata anche la piscina con un aquascivolo che li ha tenuti tranquilli qualche ora ogni pomeriggio. Da non dimenticare la Jacuzzi e i vari ristoranti nell'albergo stesso.Esperienza straordinaria. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti! "
