"It's a very clean hotel in a great location, with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, very easy to get everywhere. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that the reception staff in the afternoon of check-in, was polite but gave very short answers, seemed to give only the minimum information. When I asked questions, it was just one or two word answers. Breakfast staff were excellent and the morning receptionist was very nice. I stayed in a double for single use room and although it was quite small (just enough room for the bed, a little challenging to move around), it was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Good use of space. Overall a very good stay."

"Pagato una cifra e cena ti dicono di farla alle 17.30/18.00 perché alle 21.00 chiude la cucina Scesa a fare colazione alle 8.00 perché poi dovevamo fare 8 ore di viaggio di ritorno e ti dicono che i cornetti escono alle 9.00 Andate altrove se potete."

"A prima vista non fa una bella impressione, forse per i lavori nella zona. Invece è un ottimo hotel, camera grande e pulita. A piedi , 5 Minuti dalla stazione treni, 15 dal centro di Salisburgo."
