“Un ottimo hotel, dotato di personale gentile e disponibile, in una posizione bellissima anche se non centrale. Trasferimento hotel stazione incluso, come pure l'uso della sauna e del bagno turco, completamente gratuiti. Avrei aggiunto in camera un kettle elettrico, ma a parte questo veramente bello e comodo ”

“Albergo molto accogliente, ben collegato agli impianti di sci , posizione centrale a due passi dalla stazione. Ottima la spa, non facilissimo raggiungerla dalla stanza, ma nel complesso molto bella e trattamenti eccellenti. Colazione buona ,potrebbe migliorare in qualità, ma la scelta è molto varia. Comodo il deposito sci.”

John at the front desk was fantastic—offering great tips, guidance, and even booking dinner for us. We stayed in Room 37, a spacious family-style room with a patio at the top—highly recommend! Best hotel of our trip so far, and we’ll definitely be back!”

“Felt more like a hostel: basic room - a bed and a sink; shared restroom, shower, and kitchen (didn't use the latter since it was just a one-day trip). Ski room and lockers were helpful.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at CERVO. The view, the food, the quality of the room, the amazing staff, the wonderful spa, the list goes on and on.. It’s a funny feeling because I want CERVO to be visited by everyone visiting Zermatt, but I also wish this very special place to be a secret!! ;) Anyhow, I would recommend this place with 10 out of 10 rating, it’s just AMAZING. We had burgers delivered to our room on the first night and they were so delicious! ”

“Right in the middle of the village so everything was within walking distance including from the train station itself. I sent a few queries through via whats app such as do they serve dinner there and do i need to bk and i was promptly answered. Upon checkin kristiane couldnt have been more helpful. She had already bked us a table for dinner at the time i requested and then went through the different tourist options such as gornergrat and sunnega which we ended up doing both and her...

“Personale molto gentile, buona la colazione. La camera era un po’ piccola ma pulita. Per il prezzo mi aspettavo almeno un bollitore e il frigobar in camera. Ottima la posizione, con bella vista sul cervino e vicino alla stazione e al centro. Mancava il servizio navetta ”
