“The Hotel is well located in a quiet area of Kanpur. Rooms and overall hardware, amenities etc are decent for a tier 2 city. However, the team needs a lot of work in terms of service, communication and basic hospitality training. We got a feel that they meant well; however lacked professional training and the soft skills were totally missing. “出張で4泊利用。建物はやや古めだが、部屋は清潔で、シャワー湯量も問題無し。電源、無線LANも備わっているが、冷蔵庫へ無かった。飲用水として毎日２瓶が提供される。交通量の多い道路に面しているが、騒音は安眠を妨げる程ではなかった。朝食には、カレーの他にオムレツやフルーツも供される。 ”
