“The staff at this property are unbelievable. They go out of their way for you. The hotel has pretty much ski in, with access to the chair lift right outside the front door. Dinner is amazing, breakfast is not as good, but has plenty on offer with fruits, hot and cold options. “If you are looking for an easy access to the mountains at a good price it is the place to go. The room was very clean and the mattress very comfortable. We had a room w/out bathrooms so we used the common bathroom and it was very clean and organized, they provided you with towels, shampoo, conditioners and soap like any hotel bathroom would. They also have a laundry room where soap and dry sheets are available to be used for free. The only down size for me was the internet in my room was on and...

“This is a very basic hotel, catering mostly to young Australian tourists. It is extremely conveniently located next to the Happo One gondola and several popular bars / restaurants. The rooms are clean and generally the staff were very helpful, but the physical state of the building and the smell of diesel fuel is a little off putting. The breakfast is very basic but in the hotel’s defence, everything was pretty much exactly as described and the price reflects the value you get here. ”

“We loved the hotel and thought that the neighborhood was absolutely beautiful. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff were so nice! ”

“We had 5 nights here for a snowboarding trip. It's not the ritz, but was warm, clean and comfortable. The inn is a 5 minute walk to the JR station, which is good for the valley shuttle buses and a few resturants. The host Seiko was also very helpful. Would stay here again.”

“This place is perfect. The property is great. Location is unreal. We walked to ski, to dine and to Lawson. The shuttles are super convenient and chill. The breakfast is great. Drying room is tip top. And the Onsen!!!! Wow. I plan on coming back anytime I’m in Hakuba. Thank you Keyaki No Ki.”
