“フロントのスタッフがとても親切であった。お部屋も綺麗な大きい部屋に案内してくれました。お部屋にシャンプーとトリートメントが無かったのが残念とバスタブがあったお部屋だともっと良かったと思います。朝食は無料でブッフェで色々な物が食べれたのがとても良かったです。1週間の滞在でしたがとても有意義な滞在でした。ありがとうございました。”

“Amazing stay. Great central location and easy to find. There are two Faletti hotels in the area so make sure to ask for the right one. This one is opposite the Press Club. Convenient location with good food shops nearby! Staff are friendly and very helpful. Even the Hotel Manager came and introduced himself to me :-) ”

“The breakfast was same each day and shower glass door is safety issue very tight to get in and out of shower . my bedsheets or towels wasn't changed in two weeks l stayed. No WiFi in bedroom which l told staff at desk on many occasions but nothing was done to solve the WiFi. Positive was size of room was good. No hair dryer few days is ok to stay at hotel but the shower door needs urgent changed before someone gets Hurt badly. ”

When questioned about why expedia have them on their site they said they have been telling expedia not book for years! I think the hotel had over booked and were looking to fob me off! As i booked and was to pay at hotel and hotel over booked!”
