“Personal versuchte zwar freundlich zu sein , doch die Sprache deutsch wurde nicht beherrscht. Verständigung sehr schlecht. Unser Zimmer : Aus einem Einbettzimmer wurde ein Zweibettzimmer gemacht. Zwei Personen könnten sich nicht gleichzeitig in diesem Zimmer und Badezimmer aufhalten, ohne sich auf die Füße zu treten. Es gab keinen Zimmerservice, schmutziges Handtuch war um 17:00 Uhr noch immer nicht ausgetauscht, geschweige ein Bett gemacht Frühstück war okay. In diesem Hotel gibt es weder...

“Einfach toll”

“Le offerte che ci sono su internet sono solo per le camere in condizioni pessime al terzo piano. Colazione ok. La sera torno in albergo e mi trovo la camera non pulite e inoltre trovo delle coperte e guanciale sporche sul letto, in più. Alla reception sono stati gentili e si sono scusati dandomi una camera nel primo piano dove le camere sono sicuramente migliori. Connessione internet assente nel secondo e nel terzo piano. In generale mi aspettavo MOLTO di più da un'albergo a quattro stelle!”
