“Loved this place. Exactly what I was looking for, out of the way and minimal humans lol. Extremely clean (it's newly opened) and the staff is extremely hospitable. From the entire staff greeting us upon arrival until the day we left, our stay was the very best. I can't wait until they complete the entire property and yes I will definitely be back very soon.”

We have stayed at the lodge four times, each in a different room, and have found the accommodations to be fairly consistent. During this visit, however, we encountered some maintenance issues. The plunge pool in our room was not functioning, several lights throughout the room were not working, and there was some flooding due to the rain. The staff promptly addressed the lighting issue, but...

Mi sono lamentata perché la camera non andava bene era rumorosa a causa di condizionatori posti accanto a villa margarita. Non è stato possibile il cambio perché l'hotel era pieno. “Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location, right on the beach and close to restaurants and shops. My room was comfortable and very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. My only complaint is that there was no noise barrier. I could hear everything from the other rooms. ”

“This is a beautiful hotel, and we had a pretty good stay, but it could have been way better. The staff: hit and miss, some staff members were very good, others barely ok The room: Nice large king room, very comfortable bed, only 2 towels (wish we had more), the AC was quiet but not powerful enough, we had it on the coldest setting and it was still quite warm in the room The pool: beautiful, but a bit on the cold side The restaurants & bar: Insanely overpriced, ridiculous wine selection: only 1...
