“The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. My only complaint was the lack of cleanliness. The tile floor felt oily, there was dirt piled in the bathroom corner. Also the build up on the inside of the door was really thick. ”

“I love this hotel. The night I checked in the front desk gentleman, I believe his name was James, was so super sweet, very accomodating and nice. Cannot say enough good things about him. The next morning breakfast was delayed. Whomever was working the front desk on Sunday morning (was a girl) was kinda rude. She didnt apologize to everyone waiting for breakfast. In fact, she acted like we were bothering her. She said the worker was running late that handles the breakfast. She doesnt need...

“I like the location, easy to get in and out. The first person/staff or maybe the owner that I encounter barely spoke. Other than that everything else was good,”

“The one elevator is too small for people with baggage (and cleaners), & inadequate for the number of guests. Also, the bug/ roach in our room (captured & left under a glass)was a turnoff . ”

“We enjoyed the stay...room was spacious and clean. The shower was nice but accessive leaking from shower into grooming area. Had to put down towels for safety. Also I believe I left a watch/charger in the room.... hasn't been reported either way. But would book again in the near future.”

So on this trip before we left the room I went to the front desk and requested no one to clean my room. I had already given my dirty towels to housecleaning. Upon returning to my room we noticed a clean bathroom towel/rug missing and the blinds open. They didn't cleaned the room but housecleaning had been in there.
