“Polite helpful staff, especially in the breakfast room which was very busy on the Sunday morning. Room facilities were very good. Hotel needs to get the 2nd lift in the foyer fixed. Accept need time but guest in lift had stayed 3 months ago & it wasn't working then. All in all nice location & hotel”

“Receptionist was very friendly on check in. Room was clean and spacious with a lovely view. Bed was comfy, shower was hot though being tall the rainfall shower head was a bit low. Slept very well despite a party going on downstairs. Breakfast was good quality, with plenty of choice, though they did run out of some of the hot food and there was a bit of a wait to refill. Pool area was nice, plenty of room and multiple wellness facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, hydrotherapy), though could do with more...

“We had a super stay in this apartment. Very conveniently placed for everything - lots of things walkable including the train station so car not essential.! Very clean and well equipped and Keith and Sharon made every effort to keep in touch and make sure things ran smoothly from beginning to end. Lots of lovely little touches too which made you feel very welcome. A little gem of a place - well recommended and good value for money.”

“The windows were dirty and the paints coming out, I stayed for three days and they didn't change the bed, I have to as for towels and shower gels at the evening because nonone is there in the morning, There was no plague on the other side of the bed so you have to move the head lamp to the other side of the bed.......”
