“Everything was amazing. The reviews for this hotel were very mixed, however our experience was amazing and have no idea why anyone would say anything negative. Our room (#8) was beautiful, the esthetic of the pool was georgeous, the view of Lake Atitlan (feet away) was breathtaking, the staff was kind, friendly (miri and juan..everyone) and everyone always had a smile on their face. The food was great👌. 10/10 i would definitely return and would recommend!”

“The hotel is beautiful and located in the heart of Antigua, only a few minutes walk from anywhere you want to go in the city. The rooms are fairly soundproof but if you're facing the main street it can still be noisy at night. The staff is also incredibly nice and helpful.”

“Very pleasant stay, bit noisy from the main road side of the hotel but it is to be expected. The WiFi/internet was absolutely trash. I know it’s a dated hotel and that part of the charm but it’s 2025 WiFi is not a luxury it’s a need, several times the internet would just stop working during the day and just unusable at time. Upgrading is expensive but worth it. Food was amazing and definitely your strong point, ate there many times never disappointed. Incredible service at the restaurant and...
