“Great property in the hill country. You can tell no detail was left out when planning this resort. Very beautiful location and not far from downtown Austin. Sometimes it was hard to believe that the city was nearby. I loved the multiple restaurant options and that the fare was being sourced locally with selections to cater to multiple dietary needs. Self-parking is great! Especially if you don't want to pay the crazy high valet price. To each their own. Jim Bob's Bar and Lounge was...

“Our room was nicely appointed and fully equipped. Excellently set up for a very reasonably priced family-type stay. The breakfast included in the price has all the basics — coffee, cereal, eggs, sausage, fruit, waffles, juice, water — filling and scrupulously clean. Everything in this hotel works! And the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. ”

“The property was great, the front desk was extremely welcoming. My only complaint would be the valet. With the price being so high you would assume the service would be comparable. From the beginning once I arrived the valet was not available out front to receive my vehicle nor assist with a bell cart. Once I walked inside, valet was conversing with the front desk I asked if anyone was available to take my vehicle. She proceeded to finish her conversation and then took my keys not really...

“AC in the lakeview room didn't seem to work at all. Very outdated but it was a beautiful view and the bed was comfortable. ”

“This was a convenient place to stay during the Austin Marathon weekend. The hotel was right on the course. Self parking was $35 but this is much cheaper than most places in downtown proper, and still very walkable. The area has plenty of great restaurant options, as well as a grocery store only 2 blocks way. The bed was comfortable, and hotel staff were always pleasant.”
