“It was the best and most pleasant hotel experience I have had in many years! All the staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. Room was very clean, lighting was good, beds comfortable , over all very pleasant. The breakfast options offered were best I have had a hotel ever. Highly recommended this location to stay.”

“I booked this room several months in advance for an event at Loretta Lynn's. When I booked this I requested and checked to be sure but I booked a nonsmoking room. We used to smoke and dont anymore so I would prefer a nonsmoking room. When we got to the hotel the front desk clerk was very apologetic because we didnt get our nonsmoking room. They put us in a smoking room and it wreaked of old stale smoke and dog pee. You could see the stains in carpet from where a dog had peed. Thankfully we...
