Hotel all inclusive in Kati

“The restaurant is very dismal. They only allow food on the second floor which makes it very restricted on seating etc. Some staff are clearly not interested in serving guests. There's very restricted option on drinks (non-alcoholic). In the breakfast there's no orange juice. Food itself is ok. The lighting in the second floor is really not for a dinner environment. It feels really like a mess-hall for a dinner. They need to open the first floor so people can sit on the patio area on the bar to...

“It was not good in fact it sucked. The food was awful,the manager was also awful. Under construction loud and noisy. Piles of sand everywhere. You could barely see the beach. Brown mold on the walls. So unhappy with this we checked out early they wouldn't give me my money back. Hotels you would not refund my money. So you suck also will never do business with again. Thanks for nothing. You ruined my holiday.😡”
