My only issue was my flight arrived early in the morning so I arrived at the hotel at 7am long before my 2pm check in so I waited 5 hours in the lobby to check in because they said they did not have any available rooms yet.”

“The air conditioning (AC) were not working at all, they were in a poor condition which once you switch off it does not start again. The hotel was out of hot water for the 48 hours. They said it’s a national problem. I gave my cloths for landury they have charged me 2600 for a few cloths which was not mentioned on thier description that laundry is out of pocket fee. “Excellent customer service, and excellent fresh breakfast. I Sayed one day in Touristan, the remaining two days they transferred the guests to the sister hotel Bridges for some technical issue. I am recommending both places. The staff in both locations were nice, very polite and understanding! ”
