“Un hotel bello ma un po’ datato, sicuramente non all’altezza di un 5*. Abbiamo avuto parecchi problemi con l’acqua che non era calda, ma appena tiepida. Non danno come servizio il late check-out, quindi alle 14.00 bisogna lasciare la struttura Personale molto gentile”

“The Seminyak è un hotel meraviglioso. Personale super accogliente e gentile, camera spaziosa, pulitissima è dotata di tutti i comfort. La piscina è bellissima e poi fronte oceano non ha prezzo. Ottimo anche il loro servizio bar e ristorante secondo i prezzi ordinari di Bali. Personalmente lo consiglio davvero, un grazie a tutto lo staff.”

I would like to spend a couple of words about the Room Manager Eriec Raditya Wiswamitra - he is such a kind and professional person that has been able to manage in the best way possible the limitation of some space of the hotel due to a private event. He showed us how a good manager should treat Guests - Hospitality industry is not only about design and location...

“An amazing hotel with friendly staff and highly professional service. The breakfast menu and buffet were well-prepared and nicely presented. However, the spa was overpriced compared to luxury spas outside the hotel. The area outside the hotel was a disappointment, with poorly maintained roads, pavements, and pedestrian walkways, making for a frustrating experience.”

“L'hotel è situato in pieno centro, ciò nonostante,dalle camere non si sente alcun rumore. Le camere sono grosse, spaziose, pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. Colazione BUONA, abbondante e variegata. Dato che quando abbiamo soggiornato qui il giorno del nostro anniversario lo staff ci ha fatto trovare in camera una deliziosa torta di auguri. Lo consiglio vivamente”

“Very bad experience. We got a "superior" room at the end of the structure at the border of a club. The first day loudly disco (even with closed windows) until 11PM .... the second day they started with loudly entertainment and music at 7:00AM !!!! When we complained we were told that no other rooms were available. We called Expedia and....guess what?.... they offered us a change room (but for 1 night only). After a second complain they moved us to another room for our last night. Terrible...

“Everything is perfect! Room 234 top! Restaurant The Plantation AMAZING, Restaurant SUZIE Q also very good. Everybody super kind and helpful. SPA = massage with Ayu and Dani absolutely FABULOUS! The only suggestion that we would make is, when you book the room, you don’t get any message from the hotel (no welcome, no transfer proposal, ….nothing). But once you arrive there…WOW! ”

“I am compelled to write a great review for this establishment simply because I was blown away with this hotel. Prior to coming to this hotel I had stayed in 3 others and this by far was my favorite! It smelt great, location was right by all beach clubs, Cafe, shops and more. Rooms are spacious and staff so kind. My breakfast was delicious. I had a hard time leaving to go home. I'm sure they remember me at the front desk nearly in tears...lol. I will definitely be back.”

"The room was very noisy, 3 days later and only for the last 2 nights, after problems with the AC and 7 am wake up because of the technical problems with the emergency speaker in the room tgey switches us to the better room but again, very humid and bad smells. Never again "
