“This hotel has been an unexpected surprise. The location is perfect, just at the end of the city center with amazing views to the mountains, but only 10 min walking distance. We had the mountain view room with balcony and it has been a great choice. The heated pool on the deck is great to relax in between with breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet had lots of variations and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The perfect place to enjoy Sapa. ”

“Très hôtel style montagnard à l’extérieur de Sapa. Chambres magnifiques avec vue exceptionnelle. Personnel gentil mais peu qualifié ce qui rend le service très bancal en général (maitrise de l’anglais très moyenne, absence de coordination, quelques indélicatesses). Spa assez vieillot. En bref, un très bel hôtel avec un service pas à la hauteur. ”

“For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!). “Great place to unwind in Sa Pa! Best time to travel is May-October if you want sunshine and warmth. It was cold and misty here but the staff are amazing and food was fantastic! Loved the spa and the fireplaces in the bungalow. ”
