“The Sunbird Lilongwe is a very nice place to stay when traveling. The staff if all amazing - very helpful and accomodating. Yasmin in the restaurant was great at serving our table. The one problem was the Wifi. It would not stay connected and we constantly had to log in. Also turn down service was hit or miss. Some nights we had it some nights we didn't. There was also a beautiful pool and nice fitness center. Overall we would definitely stay again!”

“I had a comfortable stay at Sunbird Capital. Although the rooms are quite old, they are well maintained. The grounds are very well maintained and beautiful, it was a delight to have my evening walks. The hotel is in a safe part of the city so it was easy to have walks and jogs nearby the hotel. I may not have enjoyed the meals for the most part, but the traditional lunch buffet on Thursdays was excellent.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Casa Mia. Had my dinner in the dining room, price was reasonable and was truly delicious. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Shuttle to the airport was on time and driver was friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend Casa Mia and will return on my next visit to Blantyre.”

“PLEASE go elsewhere if you have the choice. Poor room service, the restaurant does not have a good decent menu. However, the people working at the hotel are kind and try their best with the limited tools and training they have been empowered with.There is no shuttle service attached to the hotel. You need to make personal arrangements or pay for a taxi.”

“Definitely the staff & owner who were so accommodating. The place turned out fantastic for our 2 weeks of stay. Morning was so peaceful and surreal as the Wilderbeests & Zebras wondering next to our table. Overall, it was the staff that made all the difference. ”
