“In quattro notti, non hanno mai ordinato la camera, abbiamo sempre dovuto farlo noi al fine di avere una camera abbastanza decente.”

“Buona posizione, ma struttura datata che necessita ristrutturazione e riarredo. La pulizia lascia a desiderare, in particolare nelle aree comuni ma non ottimale nemmeno nelle stanze. Letti comodi, spazi ampi, colazione ricca e varia, con prodotti di media qualità. Il costo dell’hotel è stato addebitato prima dell’arrivo e preautorizzato anche su seconda carta di credito, con ulteriore deposito di 100 USD. Poca attenzione”

“Great stay as per usual. I love the vibe, service and restaurant and full bar. My only complaint is that thr mattress could have been replaced as it had an unsightly wine stain on it. ”

“The property was well taken care of outside. The inside could use a refresh, but everything was clean and still usable. We had a great stay, even though the weather prevented us from using all of the amenities. The food at the restaurant was good, but a little pricey for what was available. Overall, we had a nice time. ”

“The look of the hotel is very unique. If you like an old fashion feel it's the hotel for you. Clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the windows are as old fashioned as the look of the hotel so being so close to the Riverwalk it can get quite noisy at night. We used the laundry which unfortunately does not accept foreign credit cards. Without the staff help we wouldn't have been able to do the washing.”
