“The property was quite loud. People yelling and running through the hallway at all hours. We did not have Wifi for two days because it was not working. The kitchen lacks any housewares that would make the kitchen useful. The refrigerator is dorm room sized. However, most concerning was the disregard for security. “We requested an accessible room. It was provided but instead of a walk in shower it had a bathtub. As I was told, some of the accessible rooms have tubs and others have walk in showers. That’s what was needed but in making the reservation there was no option to request the walk in rather than the tub. A bathroom with a tub is not accessible to many handicapped people. ”
