“This hotel was nice and so were the staff. The bed was super comfy, pillows were fluffy and there were many. The room and bathroom were larger than I pictured and it has the option to have a suite which is great. It was also quiet and clean. And your stay comes with a complementary breakfast buffet. The buffet was pretty decent for a complementary service. However when I ordered room service the food wasn't very good and there were not many options on the menu. I would definitely stay here...

“Property was clean . Able to check in quickly. Fire alarm went off in our room only at 5 am. Seems like fire detector was malfunctioning. Otherwise good service. ”

“When I got there, they asked me three times if I required a handicap accessible room and three times I said no. They gave me a handicap accessible room. I'll take the "L" on that because I went back and am saw that I actually reserved a handicap accessible room so I'm not sure why they asked three times. “Overall this was a good choice for our family. Clean and comfortable with mostly friendly staff. But beware - the indoor pool (a large reason we selected this hotel) was ICE COLD. We and other guests asked the front desk to rectify - some seemed unconcerned/ unwilling and others said they would attempt to address it but ultimately didn’t / weren’t able to. Disappointing for us but if you don’t care about the pool - everything else was good. Breakfast had a good variety and overall clean...
