“all'arrivo mi hanno dato una stanza senza balcone, nonostante avevo richiesto camera con balcone... Ritornata alla reception mi hanno data camera con balcone. Ci sono camere ristrutturate e camere non ristrutturate. A me hanno dato una camera NON ristrutturata. Bagno un po' scadente ma pulito. Piacevole soggiorno.”

“I tried to alter my booking dates through Expedia's website, was informed by their Bot that it'd all been taken care of. Didn't receive the promised confirmation email so called the hotel to check and it hadn't happened at all. Thank you so much to the guy at the hotel for re-arranging everything so perfectly, otherwise we'd have turned up without a reservation. Next time we'll book with the hotel directly. You find out how good an organisation is when you need them to help you out and Expedia...

“Wonderful place to stay, great location. Close to everything- shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Clean and tidy unit. Had everything you need to cook your own meals. Comfortable seating outside. Helpful staff. Awesome for cycling in the achterhoek. Definitely recommended.”

“Amazingly nice.. was driving from Frankfurt to Amsterdam and stopping to see a friend in Borken. This seemed like a good option and it was. My only one critic would be better and more pillows on bed. The ones they had on ours were extremely loose and not supportive so they collapsed easily. Had to compress and roll into a ball to get any support. Outside that one small complaint, fantastic and well taken care of and the town is adorable. ”
