This created many failed entries and detours when attempting to arrive at the hotel due to flawed approaches from Google. Ultimately I needed to navigate instead to the FedEx location inside the building which would then consistently put me, on S College Street.”

“The hotel is awesome. The bed is super comfortable. They had just reopened from Helene and the staff was friendly and helpful. The price of the spa day pass is ridiculously high. We are locals and celebrating a birthday and trying to put money back into Asheville. It was a big treat and we’re not used to spas but my husband and I were only able to use the hot tub and the pool together. Everything else is divided by gender. “The only reason why I couldn’t give 5 stars overall was because some of it was under construction. But staff couldn’t have been better, room was very clean & tidy. Breakfast was fine. ”
