“On our arrival there was a weird smell in our room and I don’t know if it was cleaning products or that the room wasn’t clean enough for it however the next day when we had housekeeping it was great when we got back into the room after a day out The staff was very welcoming thank you to receptionists who were very approachable and helped on our first interaction - unable to know her name but she was there and helped us get a room that was by the sky tower due to the kids .
