“A wonderful and historic hotel, which is right next to Mayo. Staff is excellent. I had to get transport to the airport at 3:30am and could not find an Uber or Lyft or Taxi available, and a staff member went the extra mile and personally took me to the airport. I highly recommend the hotel. Rooms and entire hotel are renovated and very nice. I will stay here next time I am in town for sure.”

“My room 731 is close to the Rail Road track at the end of North side at the back building which is better than 732 which is at the front building facing the track”

“Right across street from mayo. Gave roses when checked in. Clean. They now have breakfast. Checkout time eas noon which was great. beds were very hard. ”

“Staff is extremely professional, polite, helpful, and compassionate. I stayed 4 nights/5 days and saw that the staff is very consistent. The hotel is focused on the needs of this visiting the Mayo Clinic, and I felt it was perfect. It is a 2 block walk to the clinic, and they have a shuttle bus that is very frequent that goes there for those who prefer not to walk. The rooms are very comfortable. “Very Friendly and accommodating Staff. Room was perfect with plenty of room, a nice shower and a comfortable bed. The complimentary fresh baked cookies and variety of beverages available 24 hours at the front desk as well as a great breakfast was a very nice added bonus. I will not hesitate to book this hotel again the next time I will be in the area. ”

“Easy to get around in the skyway, nice pool, steam room & sauna. Hot tub was so so. Bed wasnt very comfortable. It sloped down towards the pillow and was sagging underneath. Staff was all very nice.”
