“Estadia incrível, todos muito atenciosos e a comida era excelente”

“Estávamos fazendo o caminho entre Bariloche e Puerto Varas e esse hotel ficava no caminho, por isso resolvemos ficar 1 noite. Ficamos no chalé com ofurô. É simplesmente fantástico. Muito bem estruturado e lindo. Com todas as amenidades necessárias. Apenas fiquei muito chateada pois nos colocaram em um chalé com arvores bem na frente o que cobria completamente a vista. Solicitei a alteração do chalé e fui informada que não havia disponibilidade, mas percebi no mesmo dia e no dia seguinte que...

“It’s an ok place to stay for a night. Not a great place and not a particularly good deal for the money. The owner and staff were nice, but the impression was that the town and place are still struggling to survive after the pandemic. There are probably better options in Puerto Varas. ”
