“I found the Hotel quite good , clean enough, staff tries to be helpful and very friendly but sometimes it is hard to communicate (some staff speak good enough English).The aircon was super quiet and worked well, shower was great and TV had some English Chanels for News,et. But I did not find the room as nice as in the pictures (older looking) but staff let us move rooms no problem.as i said they do try to accommodate. I found it quiet and relaxing. “1泊約二千円で泊まれて（税とサービス料込み）、部屋も綺麗で、朝食バイキングも無料だったし、近くにはスーパーもデパートも食べる店もいくらでもあり、有名なモスクや王宮も歩いてすぐなので、とても良いホテルだと思います。フロントのスタッフには英語も通じます。僕が唯一不満だったのは、室内でWiFiが超不安定だったことくらいです。ロビーでは良好でした。部屋のWiFiさえ改善すれば、あの料金で文句を言う客はいないと思います（文句があるならもっと高い宿に泊まれということです）。”

“Clearly the best hotel in Medan. I was staying here for a week and liked everything about it. Attentative staff, very secure place, good location directly next to mall, wonderful room with big and comfy bed, big bathroom, good Restaurants for a reasonable price, and I appreciated most that cleaning service didnt knock the door before 11.30am. Wonderful! ”

“This is amazing hotel located on the hills of Lake Toba, it takes around 4 hours from Silangit airport and 5 from Medan. If you like nature and relax away from buzzy cities this is your spot, also inside the property are plenty activities to do as you are isolated in the middle of the forest. With incredible landscapes similar to Scotland this hotel was recomended for some friends who visited few years back. Staff makes your stay unforgettable. Food options are limited to Indonesian, however...
