Hotel con palestra in Quintana Roo

“The service was inconsistent. I had to call them a few times to reload the little fridge in the room, to bring body wash and coffee cups. They service the room but do not always reload the items which ran out. Once they forgot about us in the restaurant- took our order and didn’t bring out our food for 40 minutes. It looks like minor things but in my opinion for 5 starts hotel is unacceptable. The rest was good. The food is delicious. I would recommend to have a buffet for lunch that they...

“Very clean property, a lot of activities for kids and the kids activity areas were exceptional. Staff was very friendly. Pool was very nice. There was an issue with the room thermostat, but they fixed it right away. The food could have been better but overall it was great. ”
