“There is a sign painted on the glass near the front door that says "Reception", however, once you lug your luggage up some stairs, you enter the bar/restaurant area and are instructed that the entrance to the hotel is around the back. Not very welcoming. Second issue is that the entire back of the hotel in under construction. Extremely noisy with constant drilling and banging. The “breakfast” was already included we just had a glass of water and oj and when we asked for 2 cappuccino they told us it’s not included so we pay it for it . Picture of advertising are not really the same of the reality of the room .”
