Weird mechanism where you have to put a key card into a reader inside the room in order for the electricity to work in the room ?? Strange, but whatever. Miserable sleep; 20-30min stretches of screeching train wheels changing tracks outside, every couple hours and there’s so much sound porosity in the guest rooms. Hotel provides earplugs but we can’t sleep with...

“Currently the property is under renovation as it is being turned into a Hilton Sparks. They are still accepting reservations during the renovation. I still suggest towel bars in the bathrooms. I always hang my towel over the shower curtain rod otherwise it never dries completely on the hook behind the door. ”
