“The bed was hard, the TV didn’t work and the hair dryer didn’t work. It was a short stop over for us. We did not ask for repair or replacement because we were able to manage without. When we checked out the front office was unmanned and one customer was waiting and indicated he had been there for a while. I dropped the keys in a box on the counter and wen t on my way since I already had a copy of the receipt from an email. ”
