“We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Resort. We were able to get interconnected rooms for our family of five and this worked out well. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and all the little spots to relax, and the staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Buffet breakfast was reliable - pizzas at the pool were fantastic and we loved the fire show! Only real downside was the location, a shuttle service to and from town would have been...

“Nice resort, the staff were lovely. Be prepared to walk up hills to get to most accommodation and the main restaurant. At the moment there are no carts/buggys to take you, your bags do get delivered to your door. The food from the restaurant was good, however food and drinks were quite pricey. Our room was lovely, clean and had everything we needed.”

“We booked here for one night, but we were left stranded by the airline, so we stayed for three nights: It has been a beautiful experience, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, they helped us in every way they could. The place is quiet and charming, the garden beautiful, breakfast is rich, and we enjoyed the view on the lagoon and the free kayaks. Very good value for money, if you are looking for tranquillity.”

The transfer from the airport to the banana boat and then welcome to the hotel was great after a delayed flight. Sono stata contenta della scelta fatta perche' pur non essendo un resort sul mare l'albergo si trova vicinissimo alla citta' e offre la possibilita' di fare tutto quello che nell'isola c'e' da scoprire... “There were some disparaging comments left previously which didn’t put us off, so let’s address them. Dates: it is a little dated, if you’re expecting a “resort” like the Ramada, it’s not for you. It’s a well maintained family style resort where the staff are fantastic. The breakfast (delivered to your room) is a little different but perfectly adequate for your needs. “Hotel grazioso, confortevole a due passi dal mare . La zona non è adatta alla balneazione (praticamente l'acqua della laguna non è proprio limpida) e arrivare al centro città occorrono più di 20 minuti a piedi e di sera l'illuminazione è parecchio scarsa. Praticamente è un hotel utile per una o due notti di passaggio. ”

“The hotel is situated in a unique location for Efate, being the only resort present in the northeastern part of the island, right in front of the ocean. It is very close to Blue Lagoon and Eton beach (approx 20 minutes by car). Jacques and the staff were wonderful. Very good food. Lots of animals running around the place, including a hilarious parrot and a goat. Being in the middle of nature obviously means you will find the usual cockroaches and spiders in the room, but the hotel provides...

“Hi Island Magic Resort is a little bit out of Port Vila which we enjoyed. We also loved the self catering....could get fresh vegies and fish from the markets but also great to have Birdies cafe on site after busy day snorkling etc. The food was delicious especially the specials and the staff were lots of fun. The villas were lovely and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. It's also an easy walk to Tanna Coffee which was an added bonus.”
