“Property had some great facilities, beach, gym and water sports all positives. Rooms a little tired, food very mixed bag and staff genuine and super nice people, but a little ineffective at the same time. A basic example was no water on the room on arrival, checked with reception who said it’s housekeepings fault, ask them the following day, they said it’s not them it’s reception and we never received any water. I think it’s too strong to say we regret staying here but I wouldn’t stay again....

“Great accommodation with lots of activities especially for families. Staff were fantastic especially David in the activities team. Downside was the food and you can't snorkel from the resort, but it does say that on the website.”

“Had a bad experience when a hotel driver didn’t collect us as scheduled at night and we felt in danger. Didn’t feel like evening staff knew much about the tours or options for transport available. Parts of the hotel room were broken such as the security latch on the door and fan knobs. Wardrobe doors wouldn’t close. No options for streaming on the TV without compatible devices. No snorkels available for use or hire. Felt it really wasn’t a 5 star hotel standard.”

“We booked here for one night, but we were left stranded by the airline, so we stayed for three nights: It has been a beautiful experience, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, they helped us in every way they could. The place is quiet and charming, the garden beautiful, breakfast is rich, and we enjoyed the view on the lagoon and the free kayaks. Very good value for money, if you are looking for tranquillity.”

Il resort è principalmente dedicato al diving, con scuola Padi e immersioni guidate sia di giorno che di notte. Noi abbiamo fatto solo snorkeling e visto tanti pesci attratti dalla pastura della guida, il corallo è poverissimo. “Ho prenotato con expedia questo Hotel dopo molte ricerche e tantissimi dubbi. Sono stata contenta della scelta fatta perche' pur non essendo un resort sul mare l'albergo si trova vicinissimo alla citta' e offre la possibilita' di fare tutto quello che nell'isola c'e' da scoprire... Il servizio e il personale sono eccellente.”

“The staff really truly makes this stay amazing. They are so happy, so helpful, they made the stay great. The ocean views are fantastic and villas large and spacious. It is an experience to stay there. The island is a smaller island off the main island and there are no shopping centres, no TV no intent, nothing to distract you from total immersion into nature. Forest on one side, ocean on the other side, this resort was made for relaxation. We loved using the complimentary kayaks to explore...

“The hotel is situated in a unique location for Efate, being the only resort present in the northeastern part of the island, right in front of the ocean. It is very close to Blue Lagoon and Eton beach (approx 20 minutes by car). Jacques and the staff were wonderful. Very good food. Lots of animals running around the place, including a hilarious parrot and a goat. Being in the middle of nature obviously means you will find the usual cockroaches and spiders in the room, but the hotel provides...

“Peaceful, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. The view was amazing and we looked forward to every meal overlooking the water. Snorkeling, paddling boarding, sea kayaking, and private access to water within steps of our bungalow. The staff was kind, friendly, and absolutely wonderful. We loved it here!”
