“I liked the tourism suggestions liked mentioning specific prices and room rates.They left any profanity but did reference personal information in a fun way. I suggest excluding photos containing inappropriate or unrelated content. I thought staff were very helpful, particularly cleaning staff. The Woodlands is near Colonial Wm’burg and the College. Leaving the parking lot in either direction leads to activities and food. Relaxing. ”

“I have someone above me consistantely stumping around the entire weekend while I was TRYING to sleep! The other thing I did not like was that I had to put down a $250 deposit, that was NOT listed when I made my reservation. The grounds was awesome and the staff was super nice. I will stay here again in the future.”

“The staff were phenomenal. So friendly and helpful. They genuinely cared and chatted with us over breakfast or when we were coming in or out. The hot breakfast is also very well done. ”

“This isn’t my first visit to this hotel, but I must say, they truly surprised me this time! The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, promptly addressing any concerns with professionalism. While the building has an older charm, they’ve maintained it beautifully—it’s really clean and well taken care of. It’s also reassuring to see that they’re actively working on resolving some humidity issues. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I look forward to coming back again!”

“A good safe place for sleep after going to Busch Gardens. It's older and shows. But no issues with cleanliness or bed. The place felt safe. It's all I ever look for in a hotel that I don't plan to stay at during the day. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in the area.”

“ My only reason for not giving this property five stars is due to the construction going on. However, access to the inside, lobby, etc was convenient. It is in great proximity to Busch Gardens. Would definitely stay here again.”
