“The hotel is very clean. However, the hot tub was drained with gross water at the bottom. When checking in, the front desk lady advised us that the pool closed at 10pm but never mentioned the hot tub was out of service. It would have saved us the hassle if changing and getting everyone ready to go relax in the hot tub.”

“Jessica at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We only have 2 complaints: 1) when we walked in the room, it smelled musty and I have a severe mold allergy so I was worried about a reaction (didn't have one) but it would be great if the rooms could have the fans turned on before we arrive to air out the room. 2) we could smell the purple cleaner while in the breakfast area. It would be great if you could find a more natural cleaner instead of that strong smell/harsh chemical used around...
