“This is an amazing palace, but it does not live up to either its reputation or high room tariff insofar as the Hyderabadi cuisine at their Indian restaurant. The food was not up to standard and did not have an authentic Hyderabadi taste or flavor! They need to hire a local Hyderabadi chef who knows “gharana food!” The restaurant staff are very courteous and accommodating, but again, the quality of food left much to be desired. “Lovely staff, comfortable room and great stay. The one downside was that there was an electricity outage for 45 minutes making elevator access and room facilities unavailable- it was during the middle one day so possibly less of an issue for most guests, but still surprising to happen at this kind of property. Perhaps it was unusual.”

No view and surrounded by residential properties. Another side busy road. Overall, the property is close to everything and very clean.”
