“The room was spaceous, the bed amazing, and the supply of water was plenty. I would highly revommend this in Hyderabad. The only negative comment I have is that the pool was closed the only time I had available. ”

The staff especially team members like Karishma, Neha they are very pleasant to work with. They take the time to understand your request and mostly able to accommodate accordingly. The SPA and salon is beautiful and great staff. Added bonus - tons of shopping within walking distance. ”

“This is an amazing palace, but it does not live up to either its reputation or high room tariff insofar as the Hyderabadi cuisine at their Indian restaurant. The food was not up to standard and did not have an authentic Hyderabadi taste or flavor! They need to hire a local Hyderabadi chef who knows “gharana food!” The restaurant staff are very courteous and accommodating, but again, the quality of food left much to be desired. An intern by the name of Gulnaz made our stay very special with her...

The staff were proactively helpful, and I especially appreciate the help from Mr. Sakib and Ms. Nuresha for letting me check in early. The hotel is at a busy location with easy access to transport and facilities.”
