“Great hotel. ”

“The hotel is beautiful and rooms are very well decorated. The only drawback is the bathroom shower door which opens outside and the floor becomes slippery after shower. I asked for a nonslip mat but there was none. ”

“We were asked to pay an extra of 10 dollars to get a room upgrade. In all fairness the difference between the standard room and the upgrade were not significant, anyway we accepted to go for the upgrade since the room was bigger. Once in the room we see the toilet quite dirty, and i complained to the hotel because i think if you upgrade a room you need to guarantee a certain level of service. Anyway at the reception the hotel manager didn't want to give the money back or offer us a breakfast. I...

“It was very acceptable for the price. The attendants in the restaurant were awesome. I went Scuba Diving earlier than regular breakfast hours and they were great to assist me with an earlier than normal breakfast. Overall the service was very good. And everyone tried. I didn’t like being asked to contribute $2 a day for environmental purposes as soon as I arrived. I was asked for my passport and then asked to donate money. Started me off on a sour note. ”

“Il wonder hotel è un alloggio perfetto per una o due notti nella città. Il personale è cortese e disponibile (ci hanno fornito degli ombrelli in una giornata di pioggia). Le camere sono ampie e ben servite (è presente il phon, bollitore, tazze, shampo e bagnoschiuma...). Unico neo un cattivo odore in camera (che però ci sembrava pulita).”
