Cerca hotel in Upper East Region

“The hotel is new, near and organized. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. My only three concerns were that the DSTV didn't work until a few hours before we were to check out. We were there for a few days and only had access to one channel on TV. My other concern was that there was only one pool chair around the pool and the attendant did not have towels for the guests who were swimming. When we returned to the hotel we were soaking wet and tracked pool water all over the reception...
