“Wifii gratuito nella sala principale, ma non prende mai. In alternativa vi è quello a pagamento. Nel 2016 è vergognoso far ancora pagare il wifii. Inoltre una volta effettuato il check out, ti sbattono fuori "a calci". Venendo dall'Italia dovevo sottostare all'orario del volo, il quale era di sera (il check out è alle 12:00). “Always spotless. Super friendly staff & two nice swimming pools. The BEST view of the bay. No elevator and the famous “heart attack hill” makes it a bit of a challenge walking but worth the effort.”

“The rooms were beautiful. The property was very clean. Lots of activities, great for kids. Access so close for Ixtapa Island. The only thing we did not like was the pool deck and the stairs are really slippery, every day we saw someone slip and fall that were just walking. Other than that we would definitely go back. ”
