Newly renovated centrally located ranch.

Centrally located in Oakland County in newly developed downtown Rochester Hills, "Brooklands subdivision". Rochester Hills is ranked as #25 in the U.S. best cities to live in (livability.com).

You can walk to restaurants and activities. Located within a couple of miles of cider mills, movie theaters, shopping malls, restaurants, three parks and trails, kiddie splash pad, markets, ice cream shops, coffee shops, Shelby Township/Macomb County, Beaumont Troy Hospital, M-59 and I-75. Come stay in award winning affluent Rochester Hills, winner of Community Excellence Awards.

We purchased the house in 2021 and fully remodeled it to make it up to date (à la mode). We intended to flip it but instead fell in love with it and could not let it go. We opened it up in 2022 now have it ready to share with you to also enjoy. We enjoyed hosting so much we now have a second home not too far away in Troy, MI, see also https://www.vrbo.com/3776745?dateless=true. If you have stayed at a a la mode abode before and you can't get in. Check out this second one! I will honor prices you paid before to get Memory Lane. Just remind me of the dates you stayed. All previous renters get special priority.

It is ready for making memories as your home away from home. It features an open floor plan from a large dining room to the incredible kitchen, with island and peninsula seating, through to the cozy family room with a wood fireplace. There is plenty of room for everyone. A neutral color palette with trendy modern farmhouses decor is comforting . There is a large outdoor deck and fenced in back yard for kids or pets. If you would like use of the gas grill for $30 let me know. Two driveways allow for extra vehicle parking, snowmobile, camper or boat parking while you stay (no Homeowners Association

OMG this is absolutely the best place ever. Its in walking distance to a lot. Dana is the best. I forgot something, Dana took time out of her day and is shipping it back to me, of course im paying. But its the generosity of Dana even doing such a thing, not many people would do that.When i go back to Michigan i definitely will be using Dana's home. Beautiful comfortable home!
We were visiting family and wanted a private place to stay during the week we were there. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice! The location was nicely centered to everyone and it was easy to find. The neighborhood was quiet and it truly was walking distance to the restaurant/bar! The check in process was super easy, we just grabbed the keys from the lockbox and went inside. Everything was as pictured and more! The home was so beautiful and it really felt like we weren’t on vacation and had just moved to Michigan from California. Lol During our stay, the electricity went out first day for a few hours and Dana was quick to reach out with updates. Fortunately we were out and the power was restored before we went back to the home, so this really didn’t affect us at all. But I’m truly grateful for how communicative our host was! My husband and I took the master room and our daughter loved the bunk bed room. There were also a lot of accommodations for infants and young children, which I thought was so thoughtful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need and the backyard was well maintained. I could go on and on, but overall, we had a wonderful time and if given the opportunity, would rent here again in a heartbeat! :)

Great Place to Stay
This house was perfect for our family. Spacious layout, plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms. Great location with all the new development right down the street. The owner of the property was super accommodating, friendly and helpful. This property has everything from coffee makers to pack n plays to microwave popcorn for the kids. Most thoughtful host
The host, Dana was very accommodating. Aside from that, the house was clean, comfortable and FULLY STOCKED. There were a few things that we forgot to bring and sure enough the house had them. I can’t emphasize enough how thoughtful she was in creating a home away from home. From children’s books and games to baby gear to more than enough towels for our family of 10 to use for 3 days. This house has everything you could need and then some.

Perfect stay, great location, great communication
Title says it all. Property was easily accessible. Central open concept "common" area with bedrooms spread out for privacy. Fully stocked kitchen for meals, lots of "extras" in closets (games, fans, blankets, etc.) Very welcoming home, as opposed to some rentals that are bare minimum and sterile. Instantly felt "at home". Location was great. Easy acces to food, shopping, and expressway. Dana was awesome with communication. Very quick response time when needed. My impression was that she really cared about my stay, this wasn't just a "income propery management" setup. Overall A++, I won't hesitate to check here first when I'm back in the area. Thanks for everything!
